Idea land is ready to support your products to solve your plugin problems. You can use three methods for support. (The first method is recommended for users of professional versions)
- Log in to the account with which you purchased the plugin. Create a support in Manage Account > Support. (Fastest way to respond)
- Use the email firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line of the email, use the name of the plugin along with its subject.
- You can request support through wordpress.org and we will respond to you. Professional version users are a priority, but we try to have the fastest response to you, otherwise we apologize for the long response time.
