  1. Log in to the account with which you purchased the plugin. Create a support in Manage Account > Support. (Fastest way to respond)
  2. Use the email In the subject line of the email, use the name of the plugin along with its subject.
  3. You can request support through and we will respond to you. Professional version users are a priority, but we try to have the fastest response to you, otherwise we apologize for the long response time.
